Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese Martial Art that works by shifting and transforming qi (chi) throughout the body so it can be stored in its purified form for optimum health and wellbeing.

Yin yoga is a restorative style of yoga working on the fascia of the body to optimise flexibility, range of movement and flow of energy through the meridians. This class seamlessly blends both disciplines for a weekly energetic reset.

Welcome in Samhain with this women's only Sacred Feminine Retreat. We will explore the power of the shadow self and explore the myths of the Goddesses Lilith, Kali, Sekhmet and their lighter avatars in the form of Mary Magdalene, Parvati and Hathor. A personal energetic stress reading looks at a number of factors which may be affecting a person's energy and ultimately health and well being. This reading looks into current energies but also past lives and karmic and ancestral issues which may need addressing.

I work remotely connecting with you on an energetic level. Then I dowse a range of issues to identify the source of energetic problems then work with healing guides to clear energetic blocks and issues where possible.

Depending on what needs to be cleared the session may take anywhere between 1 hour to 3 or 4 hours. I will use a number of techniques including energy healing, guides, Quantum healing and Practical Magick techniques to clear the energy. In some circumstances there may be some follow up work that you need to do in terms of relationships or general health.

One of my favourite energetic deep dives, this looks into the history of the house and the land from a geopathic stress and energetic perspective. It's like being a house detective!

 

I can dowse a house you are looking to buy or one you are already occupying. I can also dowse workplaces or schools if you can supply me with a floor plan.

I work remotely on the plan and provide you with a detailed report of  issues discovered. If the energy can be cleared then I will use a number of techniques including angelic and higher dimensional assistance.
